Creating your first compliance item
Add a license, permit, registration, or any item with an expiration date. LoadFlow will send email reminders at 30, 14, 7, 3, 1, and 0 days before expiration.

Step-by-step
Follow these in order in the app
- Go to Reminders (or Dashboard) from the main navigation.
- Click the blue Add Item button (or press N on the keyboard).
- Enter the Compliance Item Name (e.g., Driver License, Vehicle Registration, DOT Inspection).
- Set the Expiration Date. You can also check “Never expires” for reference-only items (e.g., policy numbers) that won’t trigger reminder emails.
- Enter the Email Recipient — the address that will receive reminder emails.
- Optionally fill in “What happens if this expires?” and check “Block operations when expired” if this item affects operational compliance.
- If you have drivers (Ultra/Mega/Enterprise), you can Assign to driver and set Visibility on inspection portal to “Show on inspection portal” so it appears on that driver’s link.
- Click Save. The item appears on your dashboard and will receive reminders at the configured checkpoints.
